Emaar Beachfront is a man-made peninsula inside Dubai Harbour, the maritime district developed between Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina. The master plan is deliberately simple: 27 residential towers arranged along two beaches, a central retail promenade, and the region’s largest yacht marina wrapped around it all. Roughly 10,000 homes will stand on the island at completion — and every one of them comes with resident access to 1.5 km of private sand.
What makes the location unusual?
Most Dubai beachfront addresses share public beaches. Emaar Beachfront’s sand is gated to residents and their guests, which is why the community is often compared to a resort rather than a neighbourhood. At the same time, it is not isolated: the island connects directly to Sheikh Zayed Road, putting the Marina five minutes away and Downtown around twenty.
Which towers are already completed?
The first generation of the island is built and lived-in: Beach Vista, Sunrise Bay, Marina Vista, South Beach, Beach Isle and the Grand Bleu Tower interiors by Elie Saab. Later phases — Beach Mansion, Palace Beach Residence, Seapoint and the Address-branded towers — are at various stages between construction and handover. Daily life on the island
Beach and leisure
The west-facing beach catches the sunset over the Palm; the marina-facing side looks back at Ain Dubai and the JBR skyline. Towers share infinity pools, gyms and landscaped podium decks, while the promenade below is planned for around 13,000 m² of cafés, restaurants and boutiques.
Marina and yachting
Dubai Harbour Marina offers hundreds of wet berths and superyacht capacity, plus a cruise terminal. For owners, this is the only Emaar community where a boat can effectively live downstairs.
Schools and essentials
Dubai Marina, JBR and Al Sufouh supply the daily infrastructure — international schools (GEMS, Regent, Emirates International within 15–20 minutes), clinics, and two metro-and-tram interchanges at DMCC and Sobha Realty stations.
